About Grimaldi Human Development

Russell Grimaldi by Dexios Design-023

I was called to coaching because I believe we often leave the best parts of ourselves on the cutting room floor and we have so much potential left unharnessed. I became fascinated by why this is allowed to happen. I'd been coached early in my executive career and I realized that  releasing that potential isn’t just the key to personal success or management success, but business success.

The further I went in my career, the more I realized that investing in that potential pays the highest dividends.

My coaching and leadership development clients range from mid-senior managers to CEOs and members of the C-Suite across sectors in Life Sciences, Technology, Finance, Creative Arts, and entrepreneurs.

My Philosophy Comprises Two Core Principles

1

Untapped potential resides in all of us, even the best executives.

2

Bringing forth what is within us requires vigilant attention, an informing image of the desired future state and consistent practice.

My job is to prepare my clients to experience more of the best of themselves, both in their current roles, and as they prepare to expand their levels of responsibility.

My commitment to you

I am committed to meeting you where you are, understanding your situation, approaching your stories with curiosity, and without judgement. I look forward to developing a plan to co-create your desired outcomes and facilitate your own personal transformation.
