How long do coaching engagements last?

The duration of coaching engagements average around 6-12 months, depending on the individual’s needs. Transformational change takes time, which isn’t to say clients don’t have awakenings that lead to immediate improvements in outlook, impact and presence. They do. But to access the real growth that comes from within and continually propels you higher, commitment and practice are required.
